Ld advocate Mr Rajib Hazarika  appears  for the  complainant  and ld  advocate  Mr Indrajit Borooah  appears  for the  opp. party.   Both  the  counsels   orally  inform  this  forum   that  both the  parties  have   compromised  over  the  dispute  outside  the  forum   and  as per  terms  of  compromise    the  opp. party has  agreed  to pay  Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees  thrity  five thousand)   to the   complainant.   We  have  perused  the petition  673/17   filed by   the  opp. party   side’s   ld  counsel  Mr I.Borooah  and  the  authority letter   (Petition no- 674/17)  sent by  the  complainant no-2   Sri Subhash Ch Harlalka  .Accordingly  , the complaint  is dismissed  of on compromise  and the  Cheque  -777425  dtd.  08/05/17   (Rs.35,000/-)  deposited  by the    opp. party  be  deposited  in  our account  and after  depositing  issue  the cheque  in favour   of the   complainants.
