1.            Learned counsel for the OPs has made a statement that the OPs are ready to pay Rs. 4,50,000/- within a period of 45 days subject to transfer of RC in the name of OPs and submission of subrogation letter and indemnity bond by the complainant. Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for the OPs, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statement of both the parties have been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as having been compromised. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
