Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that he does not want pursue the present complaint and permission be granted to file afresh. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. Original documents stands returned to the complainant. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
