Ld. adv. of both parties are present.

Today is fixed for hearing argument and after hearing the Ld.  adv. and also considering the complaint  and also W/V it is found that in fact as per permission of Section-II of the CP Act  and also considering teh complaint it is found that address of the ops office within Kolkata judisdiction falls under the judisdiction of the DCDRF Kokkata Unit-I and so this Forum has no legal same for which without waisting any further time it would be proper and just to send the case record to the President DCDRF Kolkata Unit-I fir disposal on th eground the Forum has no judisdiction u/s -II of CP Act for disposal.

Hence, ordered that this Forum has no judisdiction to decide this dispute as per permission of Section-II of CP Code.

In the above premises the entire case record is sent  to the DCDRF Kolkata Unit-I for dispoal as this complainant falls under the judisdiction if DCDRF Kolkata Unit-I for disposal.
