ORDER

     Heard. The matter has amicably been settled between the parties. Statement of Sh.Sanjeev Kumar Arora, Counsel for OPs and that of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded separately, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of counsels for the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. Lok Adalat on its own motion makes it clear that in case the amount of Rs.1,05,000/- is not paid to the complainant by OPs within 30 days from today i.e. 14.03.2019 as agreed upon, it shall carry penal interest @ 10% p.a. from 14.04.2019, i.e. after 30 days, till payment is made to the complainant and this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing execution.       

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
