Final Order / Judgement

The Complainant presesnt compromise joint memo filed which is signed by Complainant, advocate for coplainant OP and and advocate for OP.

The Terms and Conditions of the joint memo read over and explained to the same. 

Hence Joint Memo is accepted, OP is Directed to Deppossite Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs) to the Bank account of the Complainant within Two Months from the date of this order. Failing which the said amount shall carry the interest rate at  6% Per Annum from the date of this order till realisation.
