ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed. Complainant is drected to pay an amount of Rs.2500/- (Rounded) to O.P.1 through demand draft, and O.P.1 is directed to receive the same in full satisfaction of his claim and issue proper letter of discharge addressed to the RTO for removal charge of hypothecation in the R.C.Book. If O.P.s fails to issue such discharge letter within a period of one month from the dtae of the receipt dof the such intimation, the charge should be legally deemed as discharged, and the concerned RTO shall delete the entry of hypothecation from the R.C.book on the basis of this order. Parties to bear the costs.
