Both parties present. Complainant filed compromise application. That the OP will ready to pay  Rs. 2,30,000/- from the dt of receiving order copy  of the said application. The compromise application  is also signed by OP adv.Order passed at Ex.1.As per compromised arrived before the parties as per compromise memo filed by complainant identified by advocates  on dt 11/12/2019 the OP promised to give Rs.  2,30,000/- (Two lac twenty thousand only)  after 30 days from the  receipt of compromised order/withdrawal of case order. Hence according to terms and conditions the case is withdrawn.
