Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

Present application has been moved for transfer of complaint pending before District Consumer Forum, Muzaffarnagar on the ground that the posts of President and Member both are lying vacant in the District Consumer Forum, Muzaffarnagar for about one and half year.

We have considered the ground assigned for prayer of transfer of complaint. It is true that the posts of President and Member are lying vacant in District Consumer Forum, Muzaffarnagar. However, arrangement has been made for disposal of cases pending before District Consumer Forum by making attachment of Chairman and Member from other District Consumer Forum. In view of above the ground alleged for transfer appears insufficient.

In view of above transfer application is rejected. However, the District Consumer Forum, Muzaffarnagar is directed to dispose of expeditiously complaint  mentioned in the application.
