                                                   ORDER                  

            The revision is filed against the order dated 29-04-2023 passed by the District Consumer Commission, Deoria in Complaint Case No. 667/2022.

            Heard Sri Rohit Kumar Verma, learned Counsel for the revisionists

            We have perused the impugned order passed by learned District Consumer Commission, Deoria.

            We find no error in the impugned order.

            Accordingly the revision petition is dismissed.

            However, it is provided that if the revisionist/complainant to participate in the proceedings before the District Consumer Commission, the learned District Consumer Commission will expedite the proceedings and finalize the complaint in accordance with law within a period of nine (09) months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.  

            Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.
