The Petitioner sought for transfer of the complaint from 2^nd Addl. District Consumer Commission to any other District Consumer Commission and submits that earlier the complaint was filed before the Principal Bench and during the course of trail, the presiding officer had directed to file complaint against the counsel for which this petitioner filed a memo to transfer the same from Principal Bench to any other District Consumer Commission. Accordingly, the said complaint was transferred to 2^nd Addl. District Consumer Commission. Subsequently the said presiding officer was transferred to 2^nd Addl. District Consumer Commission. Hence, they are not continuing the complaint before the said presiding officer and prayed for transfer the same to any other District Consumer Commission.

          Since the presiding officer of 2^nd Addl. District Consumer Commission was completed his term and retired. The scope of transfer of this, will not survive and become infructuous. Accordingly the Transfer Application is dismissed.
