Learned counsel for  both the  parties are present.  Learned counsel for the D.Hr (complainant) has filed a memo not to proceed with this case any more as the matter has been settled between him ant the OPs.  Learned counsel for the petitioner has identified the petitioner. The OP’s counsel has received the memo stating “without objection”. It is seen that in last two dates both the parties were absent & no  steps taken for them.

             In the above premises the memo of the petitioner is accepted. The case is closed as withdrawn without any liberty to file fresh case in the same cause of action.
