The complainant is absent . Attendance of Op has been filed . Perused the record this case is not maintainable by  consumer forum . because it is retaliated to previous matter . Beside that the complainant has her self filed a petition on 28/04/11 stating therein that Rs 1,47,378 / has been paying to her by op while her claim is for Rs. 140000/ Above all the complainant is reaming absent Continuously from 23/06/2011 .This case is also fit to dismissed due to none appearance of the complainant .  This case is dismissed for the reason Stated above
