  We find that the complainant couldn't make out a prima facie case against the Op chief Manager Allahabad Bank. Materials on record go to show that of bank has fulls cooperated the complainanat in the matter of his alleged complaint and the Op Bank is ready to Co- operate the police authorities in the matter of investigation of police ( Kotawali P.S. case no 846/169 ) registers on the basis of written complaint legal by complainant's wife on 5-11-16. Hence we are not inclined to admit this case and as such the petition of complaint is rejected and the case stands dismissed.
