Complainant filed memo stating that matter settled out of court with opposite parties.  Case suo moto advanced from 10/12/2020 to this date.  As the dispute between the complainant and opposite parties amicably settled out of court, the complainant submitted that he is not willing to proceed further with this case.  In the result complaint is disposed as settled.
