That the consumer complainant No.21/07 is allowed on contest with cost of Rs.445/-.The OP Bank is hereby directed to pay the balance amount of Rs.13,355/- to the complainant within 31.03.2008.

The OP Bank is hereby directed to pay compensation of Rs.1000/- to the complainant

within 31.03.2008 for harasment and mental agony etc.

The OP Bank is also hereby directed to pay cost of Rs.445/- to the complainant within 31.03.2008 thus the OP Bank is hereby directed to pay total amount of Rs.13355/-+ 1000/-+445/- =14,800 within 31.03.2008 as there is adeficency in service and the part of OP Bank.

If not paid within the proper time the said amount shall bear interest i.e @8%p.a

till full payment.
