This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 & 2 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- together with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. from 18.04.2016 to till the date of realization in full and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and compensation for delay which amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency in service with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the contentions raised in the complaint for a long time.  The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.   No costs.
