ORDER

Sri. H.S.K. filed power with an application under order 1 TRule 10 CPC contending that the proposed O.P.is a subsidiary of Times of India, who have issued the advertisement in question in the paper published by 1st O.P. Therefore, it is a necessary party and submitting that it is willing to pay the claim of the complainant would intended to recover that amount from their distributors. For the reasons stated in the application it is allowed, proposed O.P. is added to be brought on record. Amendment done. In ivew of the settlement proposed in thie complaint on 29.11.2007, the 3rd O.P. has tendered a sum of Rs.4,000/- to the complainant and the complainant reports the receipt of Rs.4,000/- towards full satisfaction of his claim made in his complaint and submitted for closing of the complaint. hence, the complaint is closed as complainant claim is fully satisified.
