          Even after the second call of the pass over, no one has appeared for the petitioner. Earlier also, the petitioner had not furnished the complete address and had to be directed to furnish the correct address. Even subsequent address does not appear to be correct since the postal authorities have returned the notice with the remarks ‘left’.

            It appears that the petitioner is not serious with regard to the prosecution of her petition. Revision petition, under the circumstances, is dismissed for non-prosecution.
