ORDER

Even today no one appears for the petitioner. However, application has been made seeking adjournments. On the last occasion also showing indulgence, the matter was adjourned. In the circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to any further indulgence in this matter. We have accordingly perused the impugned order and the grounds set up in the revision petition in order to assail the same. In   our   view,   the -2- impugned order passed by the State Commission does not suffer from any illegality or impropriety or jurisdictional error, which calls for any interference at our end. The revision petition is dismissed.
