PRESENT: Wg Cdr S.K.Dhawan, Complainant in person. Sh.Chanderhas Yadav, Counsel for OP No.1. OP No.2 ex-parte. None for OP No.3 & 4. Dated the 22nd day of July, 2013 ORDER Sh.Chanderhas Yadav, Counsel for OP No.1, has made the following statement, recorded separately;- “The vehicle of the complainant has been repaired to the satisfaction of the complainant. The OP No.1 is ready to extend the warranty of car upto 40000 kms or 06 months from today whichever is earlier, as a goodwill gesture.” Wg Cdr S.K.Dhawan, Complainant, has made the following statement, recorded separately;- “In view of the above statement made by counsel for OP No.1, I withdraw this complaint.” In view of the statement made by the complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the car in question of the complainant shall have a warranty upto 40000 kms from the last recorded mileage as per the job sheet of OP No.4 or 06 months from today i.e. 22.07.2013, whichever is earlier.
