A Misc. application is filed by the complainant with a prayer for expunging the name of OP 8.
The said petition is registered as MA/88/2023.
The MA is taken up for hearing in presence of the complainant and all the Ld. Advocates of the Ops present on date.
It appears that the name and the identity of the OP 8 is inconsistent with the complaint petition that has been filed by the complainant against an unidentified person.
As such, the complaint against OP 8 become infructuous.
The Ld. Advocates of the OPs present on date do not oppose the move.
As such, the prayer as per MA petition is allowed.
The complainant is directed to file amended complaint to the other side within 15 days hence.
The MA being No. 88/2023 is thus stands disposed of.
10.04.2023 is fixed for filing amended complaint.
