Perused the complaint and documents submitted by the complainant.  The subject matter of the complaint is recovery of 3 Months rent and advance amount.  This dispute is not comes under the purview of the Consumer Protection Act 2019.  Hence, for lack of jurisdiction, the complaint is dismissed.
