     On hearing and verify the facts and records, the deposits as stated in the complaint to the OP’s firm will become mature only on 30/10/2023 and 26/10/2023 respectively.  Complaint under Consumer Protection Act will be maintainable only when, there is deficiency in service or unfair trade practice arise on the part of OP.  Here, deficiency if any will arise only after the maturity period of the FD deposits.  Hence considering the facts and circumstances of the present complaint, we are of the considered view that this complaint is not maintainable.
