ORDER

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. 

     The present complaint was received by post. It is in Punjabi and translated copy has not been filed. The complaint was not drafted in proper procedure and no complete sets of the paper book annexed. It was signed by one Sh.Veerbhan whereas documents annexed in the name of ‘Pooja Goyal’. The affidavit in support not filed. Even the perusal of the complaint received did not disclose title i.e. name of the parties and their addresses. Hence, contactless notice in the form of telephone/whatsapp/e-mail was ordered to be issued to the complainant to take appropriate steps for 16.06.2021. Per office report, neither telephone number nor any e-mail ID is available in the case file of complainant. Hence, this complaint is filed. The complainant is left at liberty to file fresh complaint separately as per requirement and procedure, as permissible under the law.
