Sh.H.K.Aurora, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Party has placed on record compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh.Ajay Grover, Superintending Engineer-I, Chandigarh Housing Board stating that deficient work in the unit, in question, has been completed. It is also so admitted by Sh.Amarjit Singh, Authorised Representative of the complainant.

                   At the time of hearing, Sh.Amarjit Singh, Authorised Representative of the complainant states that for conversion of the property from lease hold to free holder basis/conveyance deed, on account of delay in possession, he will have to pay more amount.

                   The said issue will be raked up as and when occasion so arises. It cannot be decided in this complaint, as it was not raised.

                   In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
