ORDER

            Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/complainant is agreed that, in view of the decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Vs. Anis Ahmad [(2013) 8 SCC 491], the complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 was not maintainable.

In view of the said statement, the revision petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside with no order as to costs.
