This Revision Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 6.10.2009.  Application for recall of the said order has not been filed by the petitioner.  Respondent has filed this application for release of Rs.15,000/- deposited by the petitioner with this Commission.

          While admitting the Revision Petition on 4.8.2006, this Commission had stayed the operation of the impugned order subject to deposit of the awarded amount with this Commission within 4 weeks.  The deposited amount was directed to be released in favour of the respondent on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar. 

          Since the Revision Petition has been dismissed, we direct the Registry to release the sum of Rs.15,000/- deposited by the petitioner to the respondent along with accrued interest thereon.

          M.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
