No reply to this application has been filed on behalf of the non-applicants/appellants. Heard. In the present application, respondents have made two-fold prayer which read as under; 1. Modify the order dated 19.7.2011 passed by this Honle Commission in First Appeal No.17 of 2011 (Emmar MGF Land Ltd. Vs. Chanbir Singh Mall and Another), and direct the Respondents to pay interest @ 15% per annum on the amount that stands paid by the petitioner in advance till the final disposal of the present appeal; OR 2. In the alternative, dispose off the present appeal finally in the interest of justice. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, alternative prayer of the respondents is accepted. List the matter for final hearing on 8.11.2012. The application stands disposed of.
