          Ld. Advocate for both the parties are present. The Ld. Advocate for complainant filed a petition that the insurance company cannot be taken any defence as they did not repudiate of the claim.

          Heard the petition and / or objection filed by the complainant in contest.

          In the instant case there is opposite parties where the case is against insurance company (L.I.C). As per C.P.Act of the D.C.D.R.C shall give a reasonable opportunity to the complainant as well as the opposite party of being heard. As such there is no basis a all of the petition filed by the complainant. The commission is of opinion that there is no reason for not to accepted the Q/a filed by opposite parties. Hence the petition filed by the complainant is rejectd at this stage and the Q/a filed by the O.P is accepted.
