The Complainant along with his A/R is present. The A/R for Ops, as per the joint compromise petition of both the parties date 02/05/2016 has furnished a cheque bearing No. 677795 date 28/05/2016 of HDFC Bank in favour of the Complainant for Rs. 4.50 lacs towards settlement dues.

                The Complainant is agree to receive the said amount on his full and final satisfaction.  In view of above facts the disputes between the Parties extinguished. Office is directed to make arrear the Cheque to the Complainant on due endorsement and early in the Cheque register. Therefore, the Case against Ops is closed on settlement.  Hence issue free copy Order is supplied to the Parties.
