The matter was passed over. On the second call also none is present on behalf of petitioner. As per order dated 5.10.2012 it has been pointed out by the Registry that petition has been filed defective. The petitioner was given opportunity to remove the defects, which have not been removed till date. As nobody is appearing on behalf of petitioner since morning, nor defects have been removed in spite of opportunity granted, the petition stands dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission.
