Today is fixed for filing E/chief by the complainant.

The complainant is absent on repeated calls.  None for the complainant is present and no steps is taken.  No E/chief is filed by the complainant in spite of specific order.  Cause as per order dated 25.09.2024 is not shown by the complainant.  Ld. Advocate for the OPs is present.

It appears that the complainant remained absent since 19.06.2024.  It is now 12.50 p.m.

In view of the above, it seems to us that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the Consumer Complaint.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

that Consumer Complaint be and the same is dismissed for default.  No costs.
