An application has been filed jointly signed by the parties on 10.02.2022stating that the dispute between the parties has since been settled and an amount of Rs12, 999/- has been paid to the complainant in full and final settlement of the claim. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted. Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
