          Complainant is present in person.

          The case is taken up for admission hearing.

          Heard the complainant who submits that his daughter Ishita Chatterjee was admitted in FIITJEE in June 2018 and due to Migraine severe headache problems she could not managed to attend regular classes. He further submits that his daughter missed many classes due to chicken pox for which it eventually became difficult for her to cope up with the course. She has to discontinue from FIITJEE.  Hence, he prays for refund of the admission amount.

          Considered the submission of the complainant.  Perused the complaint petition along with its  annexure thereto. Admittedly, the daughter of the complainant was admitted to FIITJEE but she could not continue  her classes due to suffering from severe headache problems and chicken pox.  There is no deficiency of service or unfair trade practice on the part of the OP, FIITJEE. Due to illness of the daughter of the complainant she could not continue her classes. Therefore, we are of the view that there is no deficiency in service and / unfair trade practice on the part of the OP. As such, the complaint is not admitted and liable to be dismissed in limine. Hence,

ORDERED

That   the complaint case be and the same is dismissed in limine.
