Misc case No-14/2020

             The case record is put up today on the strength of advance petition filed by the advocate for the complainant Mr A.Pradhan. The counsel has filed another memo to withdraw the case. The OPs have not appeared till today though notice issued. Since no progress has been made in this case and the complainant wants to withdraw the case. It is allowed. The case is closed as withdrawn.                              Since the C.C. case has been withdrawn, the Misc case is nonest in the eye of law and closed.
