Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 02.08.2023. Complainant is not appearing to address arguments on admission hearing from past two dates of hearing i.e. 11.09.2023 and 10.10.2023. On the last date of hearing complainant was granted last and final opportunity to address arguments on admission. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
