The Ld. Advocate of the OPs files an application for treating the W/V as evidence on behalf of the OP. Copy of the petition is given to the Ld. Advocate of the complainant. After hearing the Ld. Advocates on both sides we see that the prayer of the OPs should be allowed and therefore, the W/V filed by the OPs would be treated as evidence on behalf of the OP.

The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant files an application for amendment of the complaint on the ground that the Doctor concern should be made a party into this record. Copy of the application is given to the Ld. Advocate of the complainant. The said application is registered as MA/21/2023.

After hearing the Ld. Advocates on both sides and adverting to the consent of the petition we find that the amended sought for may not have affected the nature and character of the case and that for proper adjudication of the case the prayer for amendment should be allowed.

Hence the MA/21/2023 is stands allowed and it is also disposed of.

The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant, files amended complaint incorporating the name of Dr. Tapas Kumar Chattaraj as Opposite Party by the next date.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to issue notice to the newly added OP fixing 14.03.2023 for S/r and appearance and asking him to file W/V within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice.
