Chander Pal       Vs.    Care Health.

 

Present:      Sh. Puneet Dhiman, Adv. for the complainant.

                   Ms. Rakhi Verma, Adv. for the opponent.

                            

                The parties entered into amicable settlement. The counsel for the opponent offered payment of Rs.2,04,788/- as full and final settlement, to the complainant, within the period of 30 days. The counsel for the complainant agreed to the proposal made on behalf of the opponent. Statement of counsel for the opponent and the counsel for the complainant recorded.

                  Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for the opponent and the counsel for the complainant, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of either of the parties, matter being amicably settled between the parties, the complaint is, partly, accepted against the opponent, holding it liable to make payment of Rs.2,04,788/- (Rupees Two Lac Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Eight) to the complainant, within the period of 30 days from the date of order. In case, the opponent will fail to make the payment of Rs.2,04,788/- to the complainant within the stipulated period as ordered hereinbefore, then, the opponent shall be liable to pay simple interest @8% per annum on the amount of Rs.2,04,788/- from the date of order till actual payment.  File be consigned to records.
