The complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to technical defect and would file the same on the same cause of action before the proper court/Forum/Authority and he be given benefit of section 14(2) of the Limitation Act. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
