Date-04/05/2018.

Received the copy of the order dated 26.02.2018 passed by the Hon’ble NCDRC in RP No.2172 of 2012 from the Hon’ble NCDRC by Post. It appears from the order dated 26.02.2018 aforesaid passed by the Hon’ble NCDRC that the revision petition is allowed by setting aside the impugned order and the complaint is restored to the board of the District Forum to take a fresh decision on the complaint and the application proposed to be filed by the Complainant seeking condonation of delay, if any, in filing the complaint and the parties/their counsel were directed to appear before the District Forum on 04.04.2018 for further proceeding of the consumer complaint.

 

                            In view of the order of the Hon’ble National Commission aforesaid, the present execution case is not tenable before this Forum and accordingly same is dismissed.
