The complainant files evidence on affidavit. Copy served.

The O.P No.s 1,2,5 and 6 file a petition for reducing the costs imposed against them. The petition is taken up for hearing treating the same as Mis. Case No. 41/2017.

Heard both sides. Objection is raised by Ld. Advocate/Agent of the complainant.

We find that O.Ps are Govt. Official and payment is to be made from Govt. fund.

Considering overall matter into consider, prayer is allowed.

Thus the petition dated 12.12.17 filed by the O.Ps is allowed on contest. The O.Ps are directed to pay Rs. 500/- as costs instead of Rs. 1000/-.

Thus MA is disposed of accordingly.

The complainant files money receipt of Rs. 500/-.

Fix 19.01.2018 for filing questionnaires by the O.Ps.
