                                                  JUDGMENT

            Final award under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has already been passed on 21.10.2022, whereas the consumer complaint has been filed on 20.8.2024 as such this Commission has no jurisdiction to adjudicate the case in view of the settled position of law. Accordingly consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
