ORDER

          For the reasons stated therein MA No.609 of 2024 is allowed and the Revision Petition is restored to its original number subject to Petitioner depositing ₹2,000/- in the Consumer Legal Aid Account of this Commission within a period of four weeks.

          Issue notice to the Respondent.  Respondent may file reply to the Revision Petition as well as Interim Applications within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of notice. 

Both the parties are directed to file respective short synopsis of arguments not exceeding 4 to 5 pages along with pagination and case laws, if any, within two weeks thereafter with exchange of copy to each other.

 List the matter on 11.11.2024.
