No one appears for the petitioner. We have gone through the impugned order passed by the fora below and we are really surprised that the Kerala Water Authority was advised to challenge such an innocuous type of order passed by the Fora below instead of said Kerala Water Authority having graciously accepted the order so passed. The revision petition as such is dismissed being devoid of merit.
