O R D E R Sri. Manulal V.S. President The complaint is filed under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration. After hearing the matter the Commission passed an order as follows: This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties and opposite parties 1 to 3 appeared before the Commission and filed version. Notice sent to the 4th opposite party and the same was returned unserved. Since 30.10.2023 this case was posted for taking steps by the complainant against the 4th opposite party. When the case came up for consideration today, it is noticed that the complainant was continuously absent since 09.04.2024 and not taken any steps against the 4th opposite party, inspite of giving sufficient opportunities for the same. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. In view of the above discussion we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default. In the result the complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to cost.
