The record is put up on the prayer of the complainants.
The complainants, namely, Dr. Shilpa Nasreen and Mr. Nasirul Alam have filed a petition supported by an affidavit praying for dismissing this case for non-prosecution on the ground that the case has amicably been settled between the complainants and the Ops out of this Commission and for that one memorandum of understanding for amicable settlement took place between them along with other grounds that the present OP has completed their pending works of the Bungalow in dispute and also completed all repairs. The complainants have also paid remaining payable amount to the OP. It was also agreed in between them that 8th December, 2021 the registration of Conveyance Deed of the Bungalow has been initiated and would be completed between them. The complainants are not willing to proceed with this case further.
Heard ld. Advocate for the complainants. Perused the case record and the petitions for dismissal of this case for non-prosecution. As the complainants are not willing to proceed with this case further, there is no bar to dispose of the case at once.

that this case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
