The petitioner is present in person.  Learned counsel for the respondent present. 

          The impugned order dated 24.1.2014 runs as follows:

“None present for either parties.  Even on the last date of hearing none was present on behalf of the appellant.  The appeal is dismissed in appellant’s default.

FDR, if any, deposited by the appellant be released in his favour after completing due formalities and record be consigned to the Record Room.”

          The petitioner states that he is suffering from cancer. 

          Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the matter is remanded to the State Commission. 

          Consequently, the case is restored before the State Commission.

          The parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 14.8.2014.  The State Commission is directed to decide the case on merits as expeditiously as possible.

          The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
