It is stated by the counsel for the parties that matter has been amicably settled between the parties outside the Commission according to the terms and conditions of settlement, jointly signed by the complainant and opposite party no.1 as also by the advocates on behalf of opposite party no.1.  Same has been filed on record and we dispose of the complaint strictly in accordance with the said terms and conditions which will be marked as Ex.C-I and which will form part of this order disposing the complaint.  Costs are made easy.
