JUDGMENT
(Delivered by Sri Vijai Varma, Member)
Case called out. None responds nor steps taken for issuance of notice to the respondent. This appeal is pending since 2002 and the appellants are not taking steps for issuing notice to the respondent and the appellants were given too many opportunities for the same. On 21.9.2017, the appellants were given last opportunity to take steps but still none is appearing from the side of the appellants nor any steps taken. Therefore, it is clear that the appellants are no more interested in the proceedings of the case and therefore, there is no purpose in adjourning the case. This appeal, therefore, deserves to be dismissed in default of the appellants.
ORDER
The appeal is dismissed in default.
Certified copy of the judgment be provided to the parties in accordance with rules.
